Pan shell: washed and neutralized aluminum.
The handles are made of aluminum, covered with bakelite spacers.

AM Professional Induction base equipped with a special magnet
made of steel plate specially designed for induction cooker. Suitable for use on all other stove types: vitroceramic, electric, gas, halogen and radiant.
Not for use in ovens.
