Its inner coating is GREBLON C3+ PEEK AM, a long-lasting non-stick coating system. The outer shell is washed and neutralized aluminum and the handles are made of aluminum covered with bakelite spacers. The bottom of the pan is formed by the AM Professional Induction base, which is equipped with a steel plate with a special magnet, designed for induction stoves, but also suitable for use on vitroceramic, electric, gas, halogen and radiant stoves. It is not recommended to use in a baking oven and the pan is not intended for washing in the dishwasher. The pan's non-stick coating is equipped with multiple reinforced layers and is spray applied (100 micron paint) for extremely long-lasting use.
