The pan is made of pure forged aluminum (99.5%, 4006 alloy) with a thickness of 4-6 mm, ensuring perfect heat distribution and better cooking. The inner coating is GREBLON C3+ PEEK AM, a long-lasting non-stick coating system that is extremely resistant to cuts and scratches. The outer shell is washed and neutralized aluminum and the handles are made of aluminum covered by a bakelite spacer.

The base of the pan is formed by the AM Professional Induction Base, which has a special steel plate with a magnet to make it ideal for induction as well as other types of hobs, including vitroceramic, electric, gas, halogen and radiant. Oven use is not recommended and the pan must not be washed in the dishwasher.
