The pan has a handle and 2 spouts for draining excess fat.
Round pans with a flat bottom for universal use as frying and grilling pans.
Cleaning: Not dishwasher safe. Wash the cast iron frying pan by hand only with warm water. Remove food residue with salt and a sponge.
Storage: After cleaning, place the cast iron pan on the stovetop over low heat. Pour a small amount of oil and rub the pan. Let cool completely!
